Welcome to HSI MH! At our campus, we are committed to creating a supportive, welcoming, and student-centered environment where every student and family feels valued and connected.

As a campus that proudly serves military-connected students and families, we understand that transitions, relocations, and new experiences can bring both opportunities and challenges. Our goal is to ensure students feel supported academically, socially, and emotionally from their very first day on campus.

Mr. Ciplak began his journey with Harmony Public Schools in 2011 as a teacher in Houston before continuing his leadership journey through campuses in San Antonio, Dallas, Lubbock, and eventually El Paso. As the founding principal of HSI MH, he has remained committed to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while fostering a culture of support, understanding, and academic success.

Known for his empathetic leadership style and open-door policy, Mr. Ciplak encourages families to stay connected and reach out whenever support is needed. HSI MH believes strong school-family partnerships are essential to student success, and our campus is honored to support military-connected students and families throughout their educational journey.
