Harmony School of Innovation – Middle High El Paso is proud to celebrate a historic milestone in its robotics program. In an extraordinary 2025–2026 season, three HSI MH robotics teams have officially qualified for the VEX Robotics World Championship, earning the opportunity to compete on the global stage in St. Louis, Missouri.

This achievement reflects a year of remarkable growth, dedication, and competitive success. Notably:

• 6 HSI MH teams qualified for the Texas Region 1 State Championship
• 3 teams advanced to the VEX Robotics World Championship
• Students will now represent both HSI MH and the El Paso community at an international level

A Season of Excellence

HSI MH robotics teams consistently demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the season, earning numerous prestigious awards, including:

• Multiple Excellence Awards
• Tournament Champion titles
• Design, Innovate, and Sportsmanship Awards
• State Championship recognition and qualifications

These accomplishments highlight not only technical skill, but also creativity, collaboration, and perseverance.

Building Skills Beyond Competition

At HSI MH, robotics is more than a competition. Students dedicate countless hours outside of the school day, including evenings and weekends, to design, build, and program their robots. Through this process, they develop real-world skills in:

As these three teams prepare to compete at the VEX Robotics World Championship, they carry with them the pride of HSI MH and the entire El Paso region. Competing against top teams from around the world, they will showcase the talent, determination, and excellence that define HSI MH robotics.
